Product photographs help illustrate the design; colours may appear differently across screens and lighting conditions. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or does not conform to its description. Do not assume that a saved cart reserves an item.
Prices and checkout totals
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed for the selected item when you submit the order. Standard shipping within our delivery area is $0.00, and the checkout tax line is $0.00. Review the item quantities, individual prices and total before submitting payment. A zero tax charge is not a representation of legal tax-exempt status.
Payment authorisation
Use a payment method offered at checkout and provide accurate billing details. When you submit payment, you authorise the applicable charge for the total shown, subject to the result of the payment process and acceptance of the order. You must be authorised to use the payment method. A declined or unsuccessful payment is not a completed purchase.
Orders and acceptance
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your selected size, colour and quantity before submission. An attempt to submit a payment or a request to purchase does not by itself establish that an order has been accepted. Refer to the actual payment result and any order acceptance confirmation provided for your purchase. If there is a problem with your order or its fulfilment, contact us so it can be addressed in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Delivery
Delivery is available only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch at 3–4 business days, for an estimated combined 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Our fixed cut-off is 07:00 PM GMT−06:00 year-round, without a daylight-saving adjustment. See the Shipping Policy for the processing start rules and full details. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and applicable rights concerning delayed or unfulfilled orders remain unaffected.
Returns and refunds
You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Obtain authorisation before returning an item to our address in France. Customers pay international return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we cover reasonable return shipping where the return results from our error, damage or a defect. No restocking fee applies. Following receipt and approval, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. The full policy explains ordinary item conditions and exceptions for reported problems.

Use the website lawfully and provide information you are entitled to use. Do not interfere with the website or misuse another person’s personal or payment information. Website content and original Sylvercoutur branding may not be reused in a way that infringes applicable rights.
